FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ONLINE ORDERS OVER $100.00 EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND HAWAII

All orders are shipped within 24-48hrs. Any customer that has and order unable to be shipped within this time frame, will be notified by e-mail.

UPS Ground*
Usually takes 4-7 business days. Available for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states only.

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground do NOT guarantee arrival dates of packages. Therefore we are unable to guarantee arrival dates of packages shipped with these options. If time is critical, please consider the following alternatives:

UPS Second Day Air*
Available for deliveries within the continental US only. Delivery will be made to you by the end of the second business day from the day we ship your order. (2 Business days)**
Physical addresses only. Not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.
Order must be placed by 11am PST to ensure 2-Day Delivery.

UPS Overnight*
Available for deliveries within the continental US only. Delivery will be made to you by the end of the next business day from the day we ship your order. (1 Business day)***
Physical addresses only. Not available for PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.
Order must be placed by 11am PST to ensure next day delivery.

*UPS Note
UPS starts counting days in transit the first business day after an order is shipped. All transit days are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. or APO boxes.
Please note: Orders are shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

** 2-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take three days.

*** Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take an additional 1-2 days.

TKS MIAMI Mail Order and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:
New Year's Day
Presidents' Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

We make every effort to stock everything you have chosen. If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

On the day your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number. You can always go to the my account section and sign in with your username and password and track your order.
